During the life of the plan, users can switch from the Pro plan to the Team plan by selecting it in the Billing tab of the Settings module. Enterprise plan users can change terms and conditions after contacting the Customer Centre team directly at hello@checly.app.
Switching from Team to Pro plan alone is not possible.
