Checly 2.0 – a nifty app in a new look
Checly has replaced paper checklists in many industries. Checly 2.0 goes one step further. It is a cloud-based checklist application that, after months of testing and research, comes out in a new improved version. The most effective functional solutions have been implemented and the interface has been adapted to the needs and for the convenience of users. The application in the new version is also available in darkmode, which does not tire the eyes and saves energy.
Checly 2.0 – a new level of security
Checly’s innovation against other similar solutions is the proprietary Checly Score system, which helps to take care of the maximum level of security in companies. A special algorithm continuously analyses the data collected during inspections and immediately indicates irregularities in a specific area. These are easily accessible and immediately visible from the dashboard, without the need to review and analyse individual surveys yourself. By quickly detecting and reporting incidents, they can be resolved immediately and the history can be used for further analysis.
Checly 2.0 – helps with quality management
The application offers a number of useful functions with which you can create the ideal, fully customised inspection system. The template wizard is equipped with many helpful intuitive options, including skip button, reverse scoring, intelligent reporting or results presented on a point or percentage scale. For users’ convenience, there is also a library stocked with hundreds of ready-made checklists and customisable forms.
The new dashboard graphically displays the number of inspections carried out, their average score, as well as detected and resolved incidents. Further inspections can also be scheduled from this level.
Smart statistics present an analysis of the data collected by the application. The results can be viewed across time and as required.

Following the implementation of Checly 2.0, the company plans dynamic growth on the European and African markets. As such, it is in talks with potential investors. A second seed round is planned to be announced in early 2024.
