The Eco-ON program was carried out by the Gdańsk Science and Technology Park and the Pomeranian Special Economic Zone. The business partner and sponsor of the main prize was the Swedish company Northvolt, which is building Europe’s largest battery systems and energy storage factory in Gdańsk.
Checly facilitates quality management and supports control processes
Checly is a predictive software for collecting, organizing, analyzing and presenting data from one or more sources. It is an intelligent quality management system based on real-time data. It ensures full transparency and process control.
– We did not want to change the world, but we were looking for solutions to our own problems – said Artur Koman, co-founder of Checly, after receiving the award. – In our previously companies, we struggled with the problem of inconvenient and ineffective controls carried out as part of our operations. So we decided to create a mechanism to automate inspections and reporting, which would allow us to resign from paper checklists and Excel sheets. Everyone who came into contact with it wanted to have the same… This is how the idea of developing this tool and entering the market was born.
Checly supports inspections – it has ready-made checklists and customizable forms that can be adapted to your needs. The software collects data, standardizes processes, automates reporting, identifies risk areas and supports quality management. Using it facilitates planning and enables easy assignment of tasks and analysis of their performance.
The tool allows you to assign tasks to a specific user and gives you the ability to easily manage entire teams of controllers, but it is also perfect for use by one person. The results of both a single inspection and multiple inspections performed in a given period are clearly presented in reports. All data can also be filtered. This enables you to analyze and track trends and monitor corrective actions.
The solution is intuitive and easy to implement and use. It enables comfortable work in the field (works on phones and tablets, also offline).
In further development works, it is planned to add a predictive function generated on the basis of collected data (Big Data). The founders are currently working on developing a Go Global strategy.
