Shape.vc fund becomes a new investor in Checly

Checly has received financing of 1’000’000 PLN from Shape.vc. The funds will be used to develop a module for intelligent statistics.

With the intelligent statistics module, the data collected in this way will provide a valuable and clear source for business analysis in the organization.

The advantages of Checly are not only eliminating paper forms or Excel spreadsheets sent by email. With our tool, it is easy to carry out inspections of virtually any process, both in production and service delivery. The user can develop a survey that will correspond to their activity or use the ready-made template library prepared by us, which we are constantly expanding – says Artur Koman, Co-Founder & CEO of Checly.

Suitable for many industries

The tool can be used in many industries: from property management, security, and cleaning services, technical inspections and services, to production.

The elegance of Checly lies in the simplicity of the application because the functionality of creating checklists can be used right now. On the other hand, we see a huge potential associated with it with the extension of the analytical and reporting part, which will help to optimize control processes – explains Maciej Frankowicz, CEO and Partner at Shape VC.

The possibilities for using Checly are practically unlimited. In the first place, the startup wants to focus on property management, housekeeping, and security and cleaning services industries, but there are prospects for rapid expansion into other fields. The tool is universal in terms of geographic markets as well: the Polish language version has been launched simultaneously with the English one, and sales are initially targeted at the European market. The startup plans to open up additional markets and language versions in the near future.

Intelligent features

The advantage of Checly over other solutions is the ability to analyze data and automatically interpret it. Tools available on the market only allow for data collection and report generation, without offering advanced statistics or their analysis. The startup also plans to implement an intelligent prediction module that will allow for predicting future events based on historical data.

The Checly startup was founded based on the experiences of the founders, who in their previous activities were involved in designing and implementing control processes for the real estate management industry. The need for automation and standardization of controls and reporting, while bypassing the control team, resulted in the development of a tool concept that will not only streamline and speed up inspections but also eliminate paper surveys and errors resulting from mistakes when transcribing and sending inspection results. Ultimately, checly.com will be able to replace human beings in control and reporting tasks.
