Results
The average time for a full functional inspection of a security service was reduced by 72%. The level of unfamiliarity with security standards decreased by 34 percentage points. The improvement in quality parameters is particularly evident in the area of security and fire scenarios. There was also an increase in tenant satisfaction with the building’s security services.
